Had a wonderful stay here the past few days. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Esther was especially helpful and made certain every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is well maintained and in a great location. I would not hesitate to book another stay here.

My flight out of Charlotte was canceled so I needed a room for the night. I picked this hotel since I’m a Hilton Honors member, and it has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Check in was a breeze. I had to wait a little bit for my room to be ready (4:30ish and check-in is 4), but they have such a nice sitting area it did not bother me. Once my room was ready, I was greeted with cookies and water in hand. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the front desk clerk that attended to me. She was very prompt, helpful, and kind. The room was wonderful. I did notice that there wasn’t a coffee pot in the machine, but I’m not one to make coffee in my room. The bed was comfy and they have quiet hours through the hotel that everyone seemed to respect. Overall, great hotel experience and if I’ve ever stuck again I would definitely go back.

Very friendly and helpful staff.|Jenelle and Heather at the front desk are great representatives for the hotel. Big smiles, great attitude, took great care of my needs. I cannot remember the name of the bartender that worked last night but he was also wonderful. The grilled chicken Caesar salad was delicious. Thanks!

Esther was nice enough to stay open a few minutes later to help me celebrate my birthday! So much fun with my Sister’s and Sandi, great shots & surprise cupcakes to end the night!! It was a welcome relief from our all day airline fiascos. We had so much fun!!

Heather, at the front desk, made this is a great experience despite some minor room and elevator issues. ||The hotel is clean and fairly quiet. Staff is great. Rooms are spacious and look nice with plenty of toiletries. ||They are struggling with maintenance issues but nothing that would keep me from coming back.
